Turbulence eats impact
Water entering the nozzle carries swirl and lateral velocity. These do not contribute to forward impact and make the jet spread early. A stabilizer straightens the flow.
Vanes plus V-grooves
Conventional stabilizers use vanes to layer the flow; Hanjia stabilizers add V-shaped grooves on the inner wall to suppress near-wall lateral flow, giving a more uniform velocity profile.
Why it is a drop-in part
The stabilizer is a separate part inside the nozzle assembly: replacing it needs no changes to beams, bases or piping — which makes it a low-cost first step before a full-line retrofit.
